• Local (within 1 hour of Post Falls, ID) - No travel fee.

• Driving (1-3 hours away) - $75 flat travel fee to cover fuel and drive time.

• Driving (3+ hours away) - $150 flat travel fee. If the drive requires an overnight stay, accommodation is covered by the client or added at cost.

• Fly-in destinations - Client covers round-trip airfare and one night accommodation (or two if the event requires it). A $400 destination fee applies to account for travel time and logistics.

All travel details are discussed and agreed upon before booking. No surprises.
